Renovating existing buildings
The extension of the House of Church Services in Hanover was renovated with energy efficiency in mind, resulting in 40% less CO₂ emissions. For the facade, the architect Sven Becker used concrete skin slabs in the colour sahara. Photos: Ulrich Ahrensmeier
