Intelligent facade solution
The two-family house in Maishofen by Kessler is regarded as a showcase project for energy production. The concrete facades, created with only 13 mm thin concrete skin, were thermally activated. The aim is to provide architects and builders with an intelligent facade that is enriched by a system of heating and cooling, but which is not restricted in terms of aesthetics, design freedom, and economy.
