Natural color tones
The old brick building from the 1960s has been modernized and fundamentally energetically renovated. In order to blend the residential building with 80 apartments into the red brick ensemble of the surroundings, the architects used glassfibre reinforced concrete panels in the color terra for the building envelope. The parapet elements were designed in alternating colors, providing an additional focal point. Photos: Markus Tollhopf
